Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for the communication with the suppliers and pricing strategy. They will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the relationship with the sales heads in the business field, identify the suppliers and monitor the dynamic changes (competition, products). They will also have to segment the market in meeting the financial targets and position the products and supervise the designer.Key Behaviours,

Skills & Aptitude:

Direct and supervise the sales staff to ensure the implementation of the financial targets. Identify the products, competitors, the dynamic market changes. Establish business relationships with different suppliers. Respond within the time limits to the tender's deadline dates. Increase the sales lead generation. Supervise the office solutions designer. Create effective teamwork and efficient processes.
